  1. This material was submitted to me via email by the author, Peter da Silva,
  2. for inclusion in the library.  Below is an extract from some mail from
  3. Peter clarifying it's status:

  5.     It's my program, and you can include it. There is no source,
  6.     as the additional audio code is copyrighted by a friend of
  7.     mine. We're doing some video games for commercial release.
  8.     The lander is our testbed for learning about the Amiga. The
  9.     binary is distributable, and the pd portion of the source has
  10.     already been included on one of your disks.
